  Great wine selection and food is different to what you expect, and ok. Ordered a bottle of wine, well actually picked it off the shelf, handed it to the server and thought the delay was due to it being decanted but found it wasnt when the waiter brought it over and opened in front of us. Not sure why we waited 10 minutes. Food ok, think in the effort to be different they forgot about quality. Felt like staff friends received priority treatment over other guests. Not keen on going back.

  Terrible service and long wait but food was good. We arrived at 6.45 and got in straight away but were asked to cramp up into a small table for two (and we had three), waited more than an hour for food, forgot one of our dishes, the waiters’ attitudes were rude and pretentious. The lamb, pumpkin and steak were amazing. Hopefully the restaurant has a good turnover in staff (or a hard lesson in service) and the kitchen quickens up and we’ll be back.
